The app would be great but it has bugs that cause it to freeze. Worst part is that on some car trims "S" it has remote start, but they have it purposely programmed to turn off the heat/ac. That defeats the whole purpose of remote start. Imagine remote starting your car in the winter to warm it up and it's still ice cold when you get inside. I can only assume they do it so you get a higher trim car (EX trim and above). Either that or it's a huge glitch. I called, got no help.

Kia Access With Uvo app has been Fairly reliable since I've been using it for the past 2 months. There have been one or two instances where I was unable to login, due to the Circle of Death on the login screen. So far, it has been extremely helpful to turn on the ignition and set my temperature, which has come in very handy in our current ridiculous heatwave. It send reminders if the doors are left unlocked, only mildly irritating when my car is in the garage. Trial right now, I recommend.

It's okay. Not worth paying for. ALWAYS says my doors are unlocked (even when I'm standing there testing by pulling the handle) unless I use the app to lock them. It's super annoying because remote start won't work if the doors are unlocked. Don't think I'll be using this app after the free trial. I'm not paying for something that doesn't work correctly.

Does not work well and fails more often than not. I cannot honestly believe that KIA tries to sell this as a feature and that some people actually pay for it. -Edit/Update - since they got everything back online from their "not a ransomware attack" *eye roll* things have been running better. Not sure if they changed infrastructure or implemented other changes but, whatever they changed, it's working. Still pretty slow but it's better

So, where do I start...my app hasn't been working for 3 days now. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, logged in and it's at a stand still. It will not log in instead it sits and keeps loading but then a "Time Out" message appears. Keeps making me rethink my decision about buying another Kia. I never had issues with my 2014 Soul yet, it's been a pain with my 20 Turbo. Now I can't use the app period. I'm tired of all these issues.

Most of the time the surround view doesn't work or only has 3 of the 5 pictures available when it does, and it also has an issue with locking the doors sometimes. It is a really good idea, but the app/service? has some bugs that unfortunatly need attention.
