I have been working with this app 6 months. This is a good Idea but an unfinished product. If you are a service technician you cannot create a job ticket. Emergency call after hours etc. All tickets need to be generated at the office. Still working with program. UPDATE: I only use invoicing. I DO NOT USE TIME FEATURES. I LOST AN ESTIMATED 20% OF MY HOURS FOR 3 MONTHS DUE TO TIME ISSUES AND MY COMPANY NOT BEING HONEST.

As a technician that has to use this app I find it frustrating and difficult to use. We have jobs that run for months with multiple people on the job at various times through the day and the first person listed on the job has to do all the time for the others on the job and may leave the job first. There are so many other issues. I really hate using this app.

This app is mostly good, but is costing my company time due to when my techs tap the address to take them to Google maps, ifleet will auto input some random address and send my guys way off somewhere else. I just tried to use it myself and i have to manually input address into Google maps. Desperately needs update

Lots of promise little action. We're told they could do wonders and save us time, develope forms and inventory. Lots of time lost waiting for pads to sync or send emails. Mostly spent time on hold for tech support. Doesn't always mate up with quick books as promised.

After the last update on 05/01/19 I can't add any job items. Update: Fix the issue with the latest version, hopefully no more bad updates!

Slow, riddled with bugs, bad customer service, slow updates that break the app.
