Connected once...never again. The app was released in 2014 and seems the connection issues continue. Frustrating. Fix it.

Installed the app on a Pixel 3xl. It found and paired easily. I ran the firmware update, which appeared to install fine. Afterwards, the app refuses to pair. Tried deleting/ re-adding the device, uninstalling/ reinstalling the app, etc. After an hour of frustration I gave up. After noticing the negative reviews began about a year ago, I tried installing the app on a tablet with an older version of Android and it works fine. Something in the newer OS seems to be causing issues.

Buggy, terrible operation and connection. Motors love to de-sync and the system is a joke. The support is nearly non-existent and most of the time all they say is: "Try closing and re-opening the app multiple times.". I can't fault the employees, but I can the company for making such a terrible app.

Terrible. You need to uninstall then re install again just to connect every time you use it. When the apps is closed you need to do it again. It doesn't connect. The apps screen is like a blinker when it tries to connect. 🤬

Works well now that the firmware has been updated. I only use a single lifter for my kayak and interface with a galexy s7. Android action does not seem as smooth as for ipad but it meets my needs. This now makes this a fully usable product.

App is completely messed up. Can't create locked groups, complains about firmware bejng different but they are all 1.6. Impossible to setup with Android. Used iOS device and worked perfectly the first time.
