Waste of time, I wonder how much money was wasted for launching such a useless app, Couldn't report potholes as it doesn't let me pin the road where potholes are present and keeps showing my own address.

Very poorly designed and you can't even log in, what a waste of time.

The most clunky non useful app. It's like Glasgow City Council don't want you to contact them regarding missed bins, broken street lights or potholes. Try and report via the app and it takes you straight to their website where you have to sign in, if you can find the right form to fill in. Save yourself the time and hassle and just phone the useless idiots.

I'm sorry to say that this app is rubbish!! Unresponsive buttons, takes you in circles. I'm pretty tech savvy and I'm struggling to use this. Gave up, went old school and tried to call the council, only to have a recorded message tell me to use the website. I've managed to achieve nothing. Utterly disappointed!

Used to be so easy to request bulk uplift and report missing bin collection...since ethe introduction of the WOEFUL MyAccount it is not fit for purpose. I complained and they said they would do something about it....but no. Seems the council is trying to encourage fly tipping.

Used to work fine now no idea how to get bulk uplift as it's just so confusing. Basically useless.
