This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Doncaster on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Awful site - it appears to have been upgraded but now nothing works. Dont bother if you want to contact the council, better to use a search engine. Typical council bag of rubbish paid for out of the community charge - big waste to f money

What's happened to the icons? They weren't great but they were better than they are now

Unable to login with my credentials that work perfectly well on the website.

On phone, would not allow map to come up

Can't edit reports to add additional info. Can't attach videos of reports despite it saying so. Two recorded MP4 clips are not showing on the file selector. App is unstable and crashes often. App is poorly designed. Cannot drop a pin on the map for reporting.

Infuriating to use. Position marking on the map is next to impossible to get right, leading to likely inaccurate position information being sent and countless hours wasted trying to find the location specified. Total waste of public funds. More infuriating is every time I phone or email I get a canned response telling me to use this awful app. And guess what, I'm using email or phone because this rubbish app won't let me do what I need to do.
