Since you people barely respond to customer problems via calling and texting, I believe there should be a way to comment on your services through the app, then at least customers can leave a comment on their experience or problem, and you guys can reply to their comment few hours or days later. Worst network. The network keeps connecting and disconnecting continuously. I cannot use social media apps for calling. Calls fail Everytime. The network is even worse when I go to the downstreet, I thought it would be improved. When I get connection, the speed is very high. But for a few minutes.

I can't tap anything on the app and it's very inaccessible because it goes to ridiculous lengths to trick you into spending more on mobile data services. The app is loaded with ads about Ooredoo but it can't even function in the first place.

This does not work properly. When ever logging it's not open. I have to uninstall ever time. One's i installed it's working for one time only after that again have to do uninstall. So unless this one.
