Nice app. Simple. Needs one more feature. This allows you to make a list of your most common foods. You input sodium manually and as you eat you add them to your day and it tracks the total. That's it. If you eat the same things a lot it's great. If not its not as good. The only thing it needs is user control of the order of your food list. Then it would get me to pay for it and give 5 stars

Although this app is useful and helpful; it would be more user friendly if listed food items are automatically listed or if food items are prompted as duplicates when new or different food items are added to the My List.

I don't understand the lower rating on this app. Its very simple to use and exactly what it says it is. The UI could be more updated that's really it. Great App! Would highly recommend!!

This is exactly what i was looking for!! Thank you!! It tracks sodium in grams.. Limit 1000. Great for folks with issues with salt senitive. I highly recomend this app. Works great for me!! Thank you very much!! 😍

This app is a perfect little tracker for those of us who need to ensure our sodium intake stays below a max. The developer recently enhanced the app to track not only the current day's sodium, but any day, so if you forget to track something, you can go back and enter it later (by date and time). This app does exactly what I need it to do!

Pros: 1. Straightforward interface; isn't bloated with unnecessary, little-used features. 2. Performs primary job adequately, -- tracking sodium intake based on user input. Database of food/sodium values not important to me; happy to input my own via My List for maximum accuracy. 3. Appreciate the inexpensive ability to upgrade to "premium" version for $0.99, to eliminate ads. HOWEVER, how about a list of all that premium upgrade provides (did I read that premium version lists running daily sodium total on smartphone's home screen? If so, not functioning; no setting to turn on/off. Cons: 1.Like others mentioned, automatic (or even manual) alphabetization of user's "My List" would be simple. but useful enhancement. 2. Product page shows bar charts option for sodium values; that feature doesn't seem to be in the app (and no option in settings). 3. The aforementioned enhancements would elevate rating.
