You have to be close to the TV to begin with then it works. Dosnt need Bluetooth WiFi or any connection just press on and done can't believe it

great remote control especialy if u have a smart tv replaces remote control very easy just make sure u pick the correct remote with all your buttons then they will all work correctly AAAA++++
