Wouldn't log in because there was update available. Download it, logs in but wont open the garage. Says needs to download firmware. Wont download it because it times out with or without wifi. There has been other times were its doesn't even need an update and still wont open the garage.

For some reason it will not let you open the app through Wi-Fi and I can run seven other devices but even when I'm only trying to run this one device trying to opening the app it will not allow me to open it not very happy with it so far been trying to fix it for 3 days will not sync up to my wi-fi garage door

Had a little trouble with the app crashing initially but I got in touch through the support email and got it working. I love it because I use this for the door on my detached garage. Now I can open and close it from anywhere when I forget to close it.

Very slow response to status of garage door. Garage door doesn't always open or close when trying to use the app. The best chance I have to open the garage door on my way home is to open tha app at least 5 minutes before I get to my house
