Useless. How is it user friendly to always use an OTP to log in? Whats the point of having a "stay logged in" option if this doesn't actually work? What's the point of showing the different types of bundles if you don't actually show the break down of usage per bundle? I'm using (or at least trying) to use it to ensure I don't run out of my anytime data but this isn't possible as this app won't actually breakdown usage according to bundle type. Take notes from VODACOM THEIR APP IS WAY BETTER!!

This app is hopeless. The billing information is bizarre. It gives wrong info all the time. Data and airtime disappear mysterioulsy, in most cases immediately after being loaded. This is very unfair and illegal. One has complained about all these but to no avail. The rating is actually zero. 👎👎

A contract with MTN for data using MTN sim card in a modem. You say in the app, connect to your wi-fi, type in your number. Every time this is done its asking for an otp. Your modem cannot receive it!!! We cannot get into the app to check data used etc. Other customers have brought this issue up and still not resolved. Emails I have sent have not resolved the issue. At this stage the app is a complete waste of time. Sort this issue out!!

The current version of this MTN app no longer allows you to switch between numbers, I have to logout and login to each number, please add the switch number option back!! For my data Sims to get the otp, i have to connect via Wi-Fi, login to the router web interface to check the sms's the only can I login, the "login via Wi-Fi" doesn't work.

I have no idea how much data remain. The reading has not moved for almost a month! On 1 Dec 2019: It is now a month later. Still no response! No improvement! On 19 Dec 2020 cannot check data balance on wi-fi. Managed to see balance after a long battle. Now it won't access cell data ...

Overall good but I found that every time I want to load data there is a problem and no response from your centre because their to busy. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. GET MORE PEOPLE TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS. YOUR APPS IS GOOD BUT THE SERVICE NEED ATTENTION. A LOTWith app it will hopefully be easyerWhy cant we buy electricity and more from your app
