About this app

MRF has many municipal customers who want to encourage citizens to report asset-related problems so that these problems can be addressed as soon as possible. A typical MRF customer has a GIS website. MRF’s Citizen Asset Problem Reporting Solution (“MRF CAPRS”) consists of two components:
• GIS Web-based asset problem reporting: The user can go to the municipal government GIS website without user name and password and report a problem.
• Mobile App-based asset problem reporting. The user uses an app (Android and iOS) to report a problem. The information (GPS location, picture, video, description, reporter’s contact information) will be submitted to the municipal web-based GIS.
