The app did work fine at one point and now its crazy. I was saying good things about it to a friend and went to show them from my journal and then error reading and something about logging in, which I don't ever remember doing. So I said to myself maybe it needs to update. So after updating still the same thing. This delimma will stop me from making another purchase as I about to pickup the earth book, but for what if the app isn't working right. I honestly hope you guys can get it together

I contacted customer support and discerned that the app now requires association with Google in order to log in. Once I logged in with Google, the app went back to working flawlessly! I removed one star for the fact that this me process wasn't clearly stated with the last update.

Stupid. I got a cool journal to view and yet after downloading the app there is nowhere to "add a new product", instead it wants me to log in (even though I never even had this app before). So I try logging in and it says FAILED. I suspect this is another of the many scams to get your data. 🤬

I got the Aquarius Zodiac journal and then downloaded the app to access the AR features. I downloaded the app and it wouldn't even open at first. I finally got it to open and it wants me to log in but it just keeps saying FAILED.

Got the app to use with a journal and it wont let me log in, it just says "failed" with no way to fix it. Nice.

Very disappointed, purchased the solar mini set at the airport only to find out the app was a joke. Now I'm stuck with a $200 box of rocks. I wish I could get a refund.
