The app USED to work well, but now I only occasionally get a notification. When I do get a notification, I rarely have a vm show up to play. Most of the time the actual VM will display to be played DAYS after it was left. This has gone on for a year at least, probably much longer. This app is totally unreliable and not worth installing.

15 voicemails & none of them will play. I have to call & listen to them like its 2002. Tech support is a waste of time & this app is nothing more than an icon taking up space. It's been over a year now since this app was launched, I believe that is enough time to have the bugs worked out. Especially since those bugs were there on day 1.

Glad to see I'm not the only one who cannot hear the whole message. Also 9 times out of 10 when I close out the app my external speakers don't work. All noise comes from the small speaker like your on a phone call. After the android 10 update my app doesn't open. Just says no sim in device and closes.

Horrible working app. Cuts off and wont play whole message. Also only gives me my VM messages when it feels like it. Sometimes a week later

It shows that I have a voicemail and when I click to play the voicemail it only plays 1 maybe 2 seconds of it and cuts it off I have to manually dial my voicemail to listen to the whole message really needs some work done.

Installed, would not activate. my voicemail is set up, but this app will not work, I have a prepaid account. Is there a different app that will work with Bluegrass?
