Can you make it float on other applications?

This is the best TALLY tool! Very user friendly. Touch ANYWHERE on the screen and the counter is incremented. Another useful option would be to have Tally SPEAK OUT after a predetermined count interval. This way I don't have to be looking at the screen to see if the preset count has been reached. KUDOS Sean!
