Only tracks like 10% of my trips, I've tried every setting I can think of and support didn't help other than say "we're working on it". The odd chance that it does track there is a chance I'll get an unrealistic amount of hard brakes too.. support says it's a loss of signal from GPS. You can't tell me you can't program it to tell what a realistic brake vs a loss of signal is? If I go from 40 to 0 in 1 second... yeah probably not real. My discount is 0%... fix it now please.

Hard Braking needs calibration. Half of the time the application detects hard braking when I know I didnt even apply brake. And the worst part is you cannot report such errors in the application. If thats a bug the developer need to resolve the issue and if the developer doesn't resolve the issue then there is certainly something fishy. Very dissappointed. 😡

Keeps logging out on it's own! Not worth it. Also, if you choose "turn off tracking" because "not driving my car... cuz driving in someone else's " it is not suppose to record or track, but it does! Useless.

Sensor is a crock. Recorded me as harsh breaking when all I did was gradually slow down to make a left turn or right turn. I didn't even come to a stop. Should be allowed to dispute all false harsh brakes! App should also be recalibrated as the brake is set way too low at 13kph/s. It's no wonder everyone gets harsh braking. Did the designers even road test to see what 13kph/s slow down is in the real world? Also drains battery like water in the kitchen sink!

Very flawed app, both my wife and I have the app on our phones, while I am driving and she is the passanger I get a clean drive and she gets 2 harsh braking warnings, we are literally 4 ft apart. Absolutly no valitity in this app. If you lose connectivity while driving that = harsh braking, its really a joke.

I am finding that there is frequent hard brakes registering that are not occurring. They are suppose to be investigating the problem. Time will tell????? Just to follow up on this app. After talking to several people concerning the discount on insurance with this app, it seems impossible to receive a discount of 30 percent unless you leave your car parked in your driveway. In addition, my renewal has just arrived by mail and with my imaginary 19 percent discount, my insurance is increasing.
