About this app

Questa applicazione consente di calcolare rapidamente, in un unico passaggio, i termini di scadenza per il deposito delle memorie ex art. 183 cpc, delle comparse conclusionali e delle memorie di replica ex art. 190 cpc.
Se un termine cade di sabato, di domenica o in un giorno festivo l'applicazione passa automaticamente al primo giorno lavorativo successivo (per conoscere i giorni "saltati" posiziona il mouse sul bottone "informazioni" che compare accanto alla data) .

L'applicazione consente anche di tener conto della sospensione feriale dei termini inserendo la "spunta" nell'apposito campo.

Dopo aver eseguito il calcolo è disponibile il bottone per inserire ciascuna scadenza in Google Calendar. La pagina di inserimento si apre automaticamente con il giorno e la descrizione preimpostati.

E' possibile scegliere tra due modalità di calcolo:
1) Modalità prudenziale: fa decorrere il dies a quo a partire dal termine precedente calcolato senza applicare i commi 4 e 5 dell'art. 155 c.p.c.
2) Modalità non prudenziale: tiene conto del principio più volte enunciato dalla Corte di Cassazione (Cass. Civ. 13201/2006 e Cass. Civ. 10741/1997), in base al quale in presenza di termini plurimi, quando un termine intermedio cade in un giorno festivo o di sabato, ex art. 155 cpc commi 4 e 5, il dies a quo del termine successivo decorre dalla scadenza posticipata del termine precedente.
