It has been disconnecting itself numerous times a day the past week or more... Tried reporting a problem with the app but after entering as much info as it would allow me to it didn't give me an option to submit it... So I decided to do it this way and maybe I can get a reply or a fix... Will edit this if I get a response that fixes the problem.

Every time I try opening the app it just says loading. .. it NEVER stops loading. I've uninstalled it and cleared the cache and data, reinstalled it and it's still the same thing.

Brand new phone with app installed. I've been a boost mobile customer for almost 7 years try to open app and it tells me I'm not even a boost mobile customer?

Not a free app for Boost members. Second another user's complaint LG Stylo 4 not compatible (Carrier Hub Services IS installed on my phone.) Error notice and kicked out of app set up. Boost is virtually worthless since T-Mobile merger and sale of Boost to Dish Network. Dish changed my unlimited plans to limited - without notice. Still paying the same monthly price though. Five years as customer for nothing.

I have a LG Stylo 4 purchased thru Boost Mobile and I get an error that device is not supported. I thought maybe I needed to set up the purchase in my account before opening the app but there is no option to purchase on my account. Update: still not working but notice you have to purchase thru the app but since the app errors out it isn't an option.

Negative exceeds positive not part of services paid for, if I am paying for cell service which requires wifi ,services should come with security and reading the terms charges are $2 a month extra plus wifi isn't 100% secure besides you have to be a lawyer to understand the terms 100% besides haven't been in school for over 40 years 🙄 and am a senior citizen.
