This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CalRinger - Reminders for Google Calendar events on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

LG X Charge... worked once, heard nothing again. Calendar events are showing up in app but no alerts.

I've been looking for an app like this for a long time but I've uninstalled it. I use five calendars and I need a way to select which calendars have alarms. I don't need an alarm for each of my wife events but I do need to see her events in my diary. I also need a quite time feature, no alarms between 10pm and 6am.

It's a good start to manage Google Calendar alarms, but it's lacking a lot of functionality. For example, if I have multiple calendars (for events of different importance), the app imports all the events from every calendar, and applies the global alarm rules for them. If I don't want events from calendar A to start my alarm, there's no way to edit that.
