Worst app ever.... it's very dissapointing for a company with so much of technology at its disposal..... it can't even develop an app that is used friendly.... it's lags a lot and is very slow..... the apps appearance not user friendly at all.... when compared with its competitor Dialogs self help app the mobitel app is so far far away from even remotely being atleast good.... very dissapointed.... the 3.2 rating is too good for this crappy app....

Very very poor App. This does'nt support at least #888# services. We must have a feature to see the usage history (msg, calls, data, mms). Difinitly very poor app... dialog selfcare app is far more better than this!!!!

This is nothing just eating more data, stupidity at its best. Takes at least 15 minutes to load the content. Don't even think to download. Where does so called ginious in the state

This is the worst self care app I have ever see. It crash every time. And don't have basic functions. Before release this kind of app pls study other available app. It helps to for for better one. I don't like to say this but at least pls check dialog self care and how it works..... I decided to remove this. Will see in future with better one.

Useless app. Only very few features are available. Even can't activate a data packages. Lean some idea how should self-care app should be, install Dialog Self-care and feel the difference. Mobitel is very far away from comparing to the Dialog.

Can't even register. Refuses valid password options that meet all criteria. Call me if you want help building something your customers will love.
