It worked fine for the first couple of months. The in flight wi-fi hasn't worked for at least two months. Promised on numerous occasions it is being fixed but nothing yet. Won't be renewing subscription.

This is a fraud.. please do not waste your money. it doesn't work on any airline. and when you email no one responds. and when you call them they don't even know that they provide wifi service. its a scam. Do not fall for it. I have lost my money.
