Absolute rubbish. 1. Used another phone to access while mine fixed. Deleted the app from that phone. Now get no notifications on my phone. 2. Created a sub account but can't log out without uninstalling the app. Maybe employ some half decent mobile devs cos it's useless. I have no idea if the alarm goes off so what's the point? £300 to find I can't get notifications from a useless app. Like buying a car with a broken ignition.

This app is actually terrible considering it runs your security. Sometimes it looses communication with the system and you have to use a remote to disable the system. I changed a battery today, the app does not want to accept it. The app does not allow me to set my system time.. So I have to work on GMT... Really in this day and age being locked into London time... Feels like colonial times. It really spoils the alarm ownership. The app just got worse with an update that does not work.

The alarm itself is great but the app is poorly designed. My notification bar always says its disarmed despite it being armed. I set up fingerprint app security and tried to turn it off. It says its off but continues to require a fingerprint. It shows I have 32 notifications on the app badge and no way to clear it. I hope it gets sorted as I like the alarm.

Dismal support and useless app. Our system came with the house when we bought it a couple of years ago, even though we could prove we were now the owners Yale refused to set up anew account or let us delete the previous owners details. That left us with having to ask the previous owner for his login details, afterwards we could set our details up in addition to his so we could use the system. However, since the latest app update, we cannot log in. We're going to buy a new system elsewhere 🖕🏻

Now not working. Used to work great but post App update it constantly says smart hub offline in the app and is stuck on part armed in the app which is not true as the alarm is all working fine and is fully disarmed by keypad. Internet connection is all fine and fine on my phone. So rubbish I now have to take the keypad out with me to disarm the arm when coming home! This needs a fix ASAP! I've tried reset after reset to no avail.

The app used to work ok. Since last update it sometimes doesn't show the system as armed when it is. The app was showing it as disarmed this morning so I walked downstairs and it was armed. Very frustrating. Not the first time this has happened.
