Abysmal. Completely unable to log on, being issued a message stating "Network Error" or "User does not exist", despite having made an account. The trouble-shooting solutions have not helped, and neither have I had any luck with trying to use the app on other mobile devices. As far as I can tell, the app is completely non-functional.

The App is 100% horendous. Never loads on time, when it does eventually load you then have to change it to HD which then has to load again. If you were to here something going on you wanted to check on, by the time the apps load someonr could have broke into your house mate themselves dinner and walked off with your TV

Works but hasn't been updated as of late and causes some problems on android 10. Wish there was dark mode support also.

Very poor app, try viewing when away from home and all it does is freezes. Take your money for there cctv system claiming you can view it on an app then don't invest in the app. Yale cctv will be going and replaced with a decent company with an app that works.

Requires urgent update for new android software - I'm using Samsung S20 Ultra 5G but app consistently says required update due to being made for older version of android but there is no update. Just spent a lot of money on this new cctv system so please fulfill the package as advertised with the package. Thank you
