Once a great app, but now a very poor one! Used to work well on both mobile internet & WiFi, but since these last updates, the app has taken 3 steps backwards. The ratios for the playback of video are out as it cuts the top & the bottom of your video off when in landscape view, & also puts it into an ugly letterbox view when in portrait view. Remote viewing via mobile Internet & WiFi is very poor. It constantly stops & starts when an item of interest comes into view.

Control of cameras using this app is "laggy" at best. Push the joystick to the right and 30 seconds to a minute later camera moves. Still better than the pro version of this app.

This is the app that the maker of my dvr says to use. So why is it loaded down with full page ads!? If you made this app to go with the dvr you sell, guess what -I'VE ALREADY BOUGHT THE DVR! I don't need ads for other apps when attempting to view my cameras remotely! Total pile of garbage!

This app is suppposed to allow you to see your cameras and recorded videos. However, when you install it and try to set it up it tells you that it needs to see all the files in your device. It's a trade off. They basically are telling you: you can use the app to see your cameras but we want to see what you have in your computer, like for example, passwords to your bank accounts

Update June 21: App has gone downhill unfortunately. Last night we had something thrown at our house, which the camera caught. However, previously I could record part of a clip and save it. Now, although it says its saved, the folder it says its saved to doesn't exist!

Latest update.useless.when recorded. The play back has no zoom. Because there is no video player you can't use zoom to check playback. And you can't use full screen on playback. It's small screen vision. Not broken don't fix it.the app useless. If you need to check any issues on any surveillance recordings.
