We've been using the monitor and app for a year now and it's been a pain in our "you know what" from the moment we set it up. Right now, I've been trying to login into the app for 1 hour 13 minutes and it keeps saying the network is unstable. Our network is currently very strong and we've reset our modern twice, STILL NOTHING! What's the purpose of having a baby monitor if I still have to sleep in my son's bedroom to monitor him. Seriously wish we could get a refund and throw this trash away!

I wish I could 0 star it. It's the worst camera ever. Always no network or offline. When it's not it's skippy. You can't leave it plugged in unless you need it or it doesn't work at all. It's not worth the $60 bucks at a store. Nobody get it. It's seriously so bad.

If I can give this stupid app a 0 I would because that is what it deserves! I am not one to leave reviews but I've had an issue with this thing since day 1 and I've had it for 4 months now. Constantly freezes and constantly says offline!! So annoying! Currently trying to get it to work..... 2 hours later after deleting the app, resetting the camera, unplugging router guess what? STILL SAYS OFFLINE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Constantly freezes. When it finally connects to the camera, it's laggy. Always have an "unstable" connection, when it's a very strong network and within 10 feet of my router. Practically impossible to save video files off camera without recording in real time. I'll be leaving this review on the cameras as well.

Have been using this app for a while. Camera works great and app works well too. Disappointed that the pet app was gotten rid of. I use the camera for my pets.

The app will constantly crash and stop recording. You will have to manually turn the recordins back on
