Login credentials are preset and cannot be changed.. Even if it is wrong. Very difficult to get the same changed even with help of technical team.

Worst app.always says mobile no not registered.mail id not registered.even in chrome also policy no , customer id are not recognized.but i am getting policy details to my no.i don't know what's happening to this worst sbi technical support.the customer care people simply say go to the bank.dont take sbi life.I am paying a premium of re 150000.i have a doubt whether my policy has registered or not.I got bond too.no one is responding to my query.worst sbi life.worst customer care.worst app.
