I have used and loved this app for 3 years, when my kids started getting phones, mainly to manage websites. Last night however, I'm more greatful than I have ever been. I received a priority alert regarding suicide on my 11 year olds phone. An new friend was saying some pretty scary things, that had us concerned. We didn't know how to contact parents and got the police involved, and contacted parents who made sure he was ok and got him services that were needed.

I wish there was a way that this app could be permanently deleted!! This app gives me no privacy whatsoever, it's super glitchy, takes up too much data and space than the apps I used. I understand that our parents want us to be safe, but all of this looking 24/7 just to see what we doing and not having no privacy is ridiculous. Us kids need our space as well.

worst app ever, had it installed on my phone by my parents and it is so buggy. it runs my battery and data down, all my pictures are gone because of it, half my phone numbers got deleted, and it is almost impossible to download anything. i understand the concern from my parents but it is too much.

Still a kid with the app. My rating is unchanged. My biggest issue with the app now is that...you can't take it off of your phone unless you have the parent agree. I turned 18, yet I'm still monitored like I'm 12. If the app is on the phone you can't do anything about it unless you just want to buy a new phone or your parent AGREES to take it off. This is an issue for people manipulative parents. Maybe if there's a way you can verify things to get it taken off if certain requirements are met?

(one under effect here so obvious bias) But not a big fan. I've not encountered that much bad glitches or bugs but it's an eyesore to open the texting app for the sole reason of it being in light mode constantly. Now I'm sure my messages are looked at as well as photos and I don't feel like my privacy is protected yadda yadda yadda, typical complaints. All I suggest is dark mode and notification sounds for the texting so I can have my privacy be invaded but in style if ya know what I mean.
