I agree with earlier comments. Internal cameras are easier to set up than external wifi ones. I eventually got hint off a Web search to connect via cable first then set up wifi connection last was the way to go! That said, all other features I have found intuitive and useful, great picture/recording quality. My only issue is that detection push notifications have stopped. I have tried everything, deleted app, cameras then downloaded again, gone through all app settings. No joy! Frustrating..

Once you get this up and running its a 5 star device. Let down by lack of adequate instructions concerning log in and recognition procedure. If you are reasonably tech savy you will get there. That said super images, and app performance once set up. Works well across all my android devices.

This really is the most frustrating and complicated piece of technology I have ever had to deal with but it really needn't be. Nothing makes and sense as it is named differently than you would expect, everything is stored in different random places under different sections, I've come across most stuff by accident, there is next to no help online so don't pin your hopes on that! You need an excellent memory to find something a second time as it's not in an obvious place.

**Updated Review**. App was easy to set up and link to the system also set up wife's shared account now easy thanks for the help in the reply! I do get mixed alerts from the motion detection sometimes alerted for small things but not people but most likely just ironing out the settings ect. Push notifications don't seem to always load but that could be down to my device or connection quality but on the whole no issues with either the system or app. Thanks for the help!

Still not working properly. Takes ages to get the screen up, have to re-log in almost every time. refresh, refresh. So annoying that it's ok for a while, then plays upforno reason. Not been working properly all morning.

Works for me. I have it in my window facing outside to keep an eye on my dogs and back gate while I'm not home. The app notifys me when my pets are outside and when next doors heating is on as it picks up on the steam cloud going past. I wish i could change the notification sound. And i wish i could turn off the night vision as it reflects back off the glass window.
