Does the job well- but I'd appreciate if you would stop spamming me with requests to upgrade to cloud everytime I try to view old alerts. I can't view old alerts and it's extremely annoying and dysfunctional. The storage is very overpriced compared to other cloud platforms. Not sure if you're going for the printer model of selling overpriced aftermarket products but I would highly recommend against such a strategy- it's bad for brand goodwill to constantly beg for money without good cause.

The app was ok until three days ago. I am constantly sent alerts every hour or so but there has been no activity. When I try to play the alert recording it gives me the options to "view live" or upgrade to cloud. I have turned off the prompts, formatted the SD card but still get alerts non stop.

So we bought the camera, Love the quality, all worked well to begin with.. its two months later and the app has now completely crashed. It won't show me any videos from my alerts, No access to live feed of the camera! Not working on Android or an Apple device. Pretty disappointing stuff when you fork out so much money for these cameras. You would expect everything to work properly but nope. I think uniden need to pull there act together and fix the issues everyone is clearly having with the app

had constant connection drop outs at the start, but as 80% of the time it will work again after restarting the program, it wasnt a big issue. not sure if i got the settings wrong, but not everything is recorded on the sd card, not sure how it decides what to record and what not to. been 2 months now, and it has gone down hill. every time i try to change a setting, i only get 'failed' notifications. cant even change alert notification nor time settings.

Works 100% 95% of the time. Can sometimes struggle to load cameras or notifications from a shadow etc even after fine tuning the sensitivity. All in all a good app 👍

notifications are great and instant but Its bothersome when I do get a notification that I have to click on numerous buttons just to see the live feed. I don't want to use cloud storage and there's no way to permantately dismiss that feature from appearing everytime I want to see what's going on with the camera. great app but seriously just one click live feed from the notification is what I want
