I wish I would have never bought anything from this company. The app logged me out and no matter what I do, I cannot log in. The app will not send me a code, I have reset the main system, tried an entirely new log in and still nothing. What a joke. Plus, the interface of the main unit sucks and using it to show people breaking in the place across the street cant be done because it sucks! Time for a new system and to make sure as many people I can tell never buy a system from this joke company.

When I first started with the app it worked fine and then it turned off camera one, and it has not work right since. All most a year has passed and the app is no better than it was a year ago, as a matter of fact it's worthless and should be taken off the market.

Useless. Doesn't do many things as advertised. Also requires invasive list of permissions that have nothing to do with the supposed functions of the app.

Awful app. Bugs, rain, and snow will set off camera when sensitivity is on loweset setting. I had at least 300 alerts on my phone last night for no reason, filling the sd card up. When you click on an alert as its happening it errors out and you have to reload the video. Cannot set alerts to go off between certain hours. It's a very nice camera that's basically useless with this app

EDIT: App has been deleted and camera sent back. I do not recommend this camera at all unless you only want to view live. You can only watch live. You cant view any notifications because it wont load. The smallest things set it off like a recent snow flurry we had. Very disappointed in this app.

it seems to have a lot of bugs and doesn't work very well. needs and update to fix issues with it. one of the reasons I bought this system is to check on things at home when I'm away now I'm thinking about sending it back and deleting this app.
