I have a galaxy s20 ultra and it will not let me sign in. Keeps getting "Unkown error". Called customer service and he says because I have android 11 and I have to wait for an update. I finally got an update and updated it and what do you know. Not working even though the update said "various bug fixes and improvement". Please fix your damn app

We have had our system installed for over a month now and it works so well. The quality of video is amazing. I love it. The app works great too. It's all around a wonderful investment and system.

The app has potential, a bit sluggish. I get an error when trying to get on quickly to view "detections". Not sure the 10 second limit to the lights, it should be on or off depending on how long you want it on for. (not like lorex is paying my electricity bill) Another good feature would be typing in the time as a search as oppose to scanning through the entire time line. I got many ideas to improve this app to bring it out of a bad rating. Better app development during covid should be the goal.

I have had this system for just over a year and for the last 2 months I have not been able to log into my app to see my cameras remotely . I bought this system to protect my family from an intruder that visits regularly and now it had been rendered useless because they won't fix the damn app. I have contacted support multiple times with only one response. Spend a little more to get a better system with better support!

I like the system, couple issues which are BIG issues.. 1) system takes too long to load! 2) the siren feature is so damn weak. The siren wont scare anyone...3) The deterrence light doesn't stay on long enough, there should be an option to keep on as long as one wants especially since it's not battery operated. 4) there are times the play back seems blurry. Other than that I Like Lorex..

We have 8 person/vehicle detecting capable cameras and receive reliable alerts when a person or car shows up. A couple small items need to be addressed to make our experience perfect. Sometimes when the initiating event is fast, it will be missed in the alert preview. The short viewing window provided needs to be bumped ahead a couple of seconds to solve this. Secondly, the main timeline viewing window needs a 15 sec skip ahead/back feature. These two fixes would make our experience awesome.
