Worked ok for several months until a few days ago and suddenly no recordings being stored in the Cloud! Just when I went on a trip as well! Sent an email to the developers a couple of days ago . . . no response yet. Update - 6 days later and it's fixed but no communication from the devs. I bump my review up two stars because the PC version and SD card works pretty well. Use the SD card as a backup and don't depend on the Cloud.

After 5-6-19 update, my phone is unable to load the 3rd page of cameras. I have a 16 channel and it's not loading. Even the pc app updated as well as of 5-11-19 and it's not working properly. Please please fix! Edit: 5-21-19 I downgraded my app and the PC software and my cameras are working again. Something is wrong with this current update. Please update this app. Checked out the new update Jul 2019. It's fixed. Ty!

update: don't follow the instructions provided with your cameras but watch some youtube vids.... that's what I did and it's half working now. all in all it's a pain. No answers to my emails to dahua. First comment: I just bought A35 cameras and this is the app that get downloaded when I scan the QR code BUT..... this app doesn't get the A35 model in its list of cameras.... I am stuck, I can not set up my camera.

I don't know if it's the app or the camera, but I cannot play back the video from the SD Card, on the cellular network even though I have selected to do so in the settings. It just keeps coming up with with Play Error, and warning me I am using a cellular network. Giving a poor 2 out of 5.

The feature set of this app is great speaking as an Security System Installer. I can set up my clients system and then grant them access to their cameras. This way I can see when there is an issue with a "camera not working“ service request versus it being an end user or network issue. The developers really did a great job making this a great product for both clients and installers

Generally better experience compared to previous ip cameras I was using. the UI looks and feels fresh, although there's enough space for improvement. 4 stars because no matter how many times I tried, connecting to Alexa simply doesn't work. Keeps failing during the process of searching for available cameras in the network. please give it a try and go for the necessary software updates to make it work since this function was the key to my selection and it's already quite disappointing.. thanks!
