Paid my money can't get it to work tried emailing them and got no reply taken my money though

I had the free version and upgraded to get the playback features, it works great on my galaxy S5.

Left my dog at a kennel that uses this app. And I can't get it to work on my note 4. Reviews on the free version said it didn't work on their note 4 so I decided to try this 4.99 version... Well it is junk too!!! Won't be leaving my dog at a kennel that uses this app again.

This application will only work with our DVRs, NVRs and IP cameras. Please do not attempt to use this application with another brand unit because it will not work. You should contact the seller of your DVR to find out what application is compatible.
