Guardian Live PRO Weird had the same problem NEW fone, stopped working…DELETED APP, reinstalled, it is different look to the old…Its working again 😊. Guardian 365 Pro also worked as well. Thanks for the update i will try IMOU camera, has speaker & mic😊 over UNIDEN

Video/camera feedback doesn't work, which defeats most of the purpose of having the app. Not an intuitive app, can't rearrange apps nicely on screens.

I have experienced exactly the same as Ms Sharon Crane. After my android phone updated this morning the app no longer works. Please update Uniden to reflect the Android updates.

This app doesn't work at all. I bought two systems that were supposed to be viewed on the app so those are useless now. Uniden tech support clearly has no intention of fixing the problem after multiple calls. Misleading marketing to not deliver what was sold!

Using uniden system from last 2 years. The app was working fine. But with now android 10 update, app has stopped working. I dont know why uniden not updating this app. Last update 2 years back. I thinks i have to upgrade dvr system. Will gng to buy of other company now...

Recording to Micro SD card does not work. Formatting the SD Card using the Device Manager simply displays an error message saying that the format failed and the firmware has to be updated. The firmware is nowhere to be found in their website.
