notification not working on android 8 please fix most annoying as only been using it a month😡. It's now March and still not working really fed up with this dispite up date. come on get it sorted. now go in to April soon and this app is still not working get it sorted your a big company poor service. funny how all the good reviews are not named !!! Now September 2020 and notifications still not working over a year to sort. Poor service

Very easy to set up app using P2P but playback does not work. It doesnt offer a date and time selection, you can only scroll back from the current time which is very time consuming if you need to go back more than a few days. When you have scrolled back to where you need to be. I recommend the lite version for playback. Secondly, when I enabled the mics built in to the cameras, that also does not work. App deffo need some work

The equipment and software does work, with many exceptions 1) CCTV Live view works most of the time 2) Playback works, with rather clumsy UI to choose the period for viewing, unable to sync the playback from multi channel 3) Playback video saving is not nice. Says it is saved to mp4, but there is no way to way to easily get it. 4) Doorbell functionality works, but the way it handles the doorbell notification is VERY VERY clumsy. When viewing the doorbell channel, and someone presses the doorbell, the app re-loads the channel. And when I press the green button to accept the call, it re-loads again. Then finally I can click to unlock, which then works only 25% of the time. Overall the doorbell feature makes the entire experience of using Dahua less appealing. I hope the app Admin will look quickly into this, as it feels like it can be a quick win. I would be happy to give this a 4-5 stars if the doorbell feature works more readily.

This app has been working fine for me under Android 7 and 8. Since changing my phone and working with Android 10 the app has been burning battery Power for no reason. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but it has not helped. Please look at having an update done to improve efficiency under Windows 10 and newer software as it comes out, thank you.

App is very very slow and super unreliable. Doesn't connect even with a stable connection or sometimes only connects to 1 camera and others show disconnected, and we have a wired camera system. Very annoying and disappointed.

The video playback UI needs refining, when you scroll through the timeline it should playback the next closest to what you scrolled to, since it is almost impossible to hit the thin line that indicated a recording, live view should try at least 2 times to connect to a stream since it always connects on the second try.
