Why are the list of lost items accessed clicking what in all the other
applications is used to open the settings? Why do I need to renter the
information to save a lost item if it wasn't found ? What is the use of the
saved item? I can open them, but I cannot use them to run the search again.

Left a laptop at Heathrow on Friday, reported and claimed it later that
day. It's now nearly a week later and not heard anything back. In the old
days you used to go to the office and pick it up. Now you pay £20 and have
to wait a week. That's progress is it?

This application should not have been released. It is full of user
interface design issues. They have not bothered to put this in front of a
real user to see whether it suits. The dropdown list of lost items is
bizarre. How about sending the customer a confirmation email that is
actually useful. The email contains no information about the registered
item! The app asks you a number of questions, which you need to fill in
twice! The app allows you to submit a registrstion, and then leaves you
hanging i.e. no confirmation of the suission. Additionally, there are
glaring bugs e.g. the colour selector showing 'undefined'. Try this user
test case: 'I have lost a plastic bag containing a coat and se shoes' Try
it with a real user, not somebody from the devopment team! It is a poor
show for Great Western Railway to be associated with such unprofessionalism.
