You may ask what's so special about this App Lock? Apart from general PIN and Pattern lock, we provide the TimePIN and DatePIN Lock.
What is TimePIN?
How many times your snoopy girlfriend/boyfriend or brother found your lock screen password by standing behind your shoulder. We provide a solution to that through TimePIN. By choosing TimePIN as your lock screen password, App Lock will set the current time as your lock screen password. For example, if the current time in your mobile is 9:30, then password for your App Lock lock screen is 0930. If the current time is 12:30, then the password for your App Lock lock screen is 1230. So, your password for lock screen will change every minute. You needn't remember anything to recall the new password. Easy, Isn't it?
Who could guess the password is the current time. Do you have doubt? Play with it in front of your friends and find whether they could guess your password.
What is DatePIN?
DatePIN is similar to TimePIN. Instead of setting your lock screen password to the current Time, it will set your lock screen password as the current Date. For example, if the current date is 07/06/2016 (dd/mm/yyyy format), the App Lock will set 0706 as your lock screen password.
What if someone knows about this App Lock and TimePIN, DatePIN? Don't worry, we got you covered. We provide modifier options to generate a custom password based on Time and Date.
★ Offset Modifier : If you use TimePIN and Offset Modifier (Minutes + 5), the App Lock will set the Password to current time + 5 minutes on each time you open lock app. For example, if the current time is 7:30 and Offset Modifier is set to (Minutes + 5), the App Lock will set the password for lock screen as 0735 which is 7:30 + 5 minutes. You can set offset modifier for minutes, hours, date or month.
★ Reverse Modifier : Reverse modifier will reverse the current time or date and make it as a password for your lock screen each time you open the lock app. For example, If you are using TimePIN and the current time is 12:30, then the App Lock will set the password as 0321 which reverse of 1230. Similarly, for DatePIN if the current date is 07/08/2016 (dd/mm/yyyy format), selecting reverse modifier will set the App Lock lock screen password as 8070 which is the reverse of 0708 (ddmm - date and Month).
★ Double Modifier : Double Modifier will double the TimePIN or DatePIN password and set it as a lock screen password each time you open the locked app. For example, if you are using TimePIN and the current time is 12:30, then the App Lock will set the password as 12301230.
These modifiers will make the snooper's guessing game very tough and protect your privacy.
Other Cool Features :
★ Last Opened Time for Apps : Whenever you unlock the apps, the App Lock will show the last opened time of the app. So, you can easily find whether someone saw your locked apps or not.
★ FingerPrint Unlock : If your mobile has fingerprint sensor support, simply place your fingers on FingerPrint sensor to unlock the App Lock's lock screen. Currently, we support Google and Samsung fingerprint currently.
★ Intruder Detection : If someone tries to unlock your locked app with the wrong password, App Lock will take a photo using the front camera and notify you about the wrong attempts with the intruder's photo while you unlock the lock screen.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR HUAWEI USERS : Huawei mobiles in-built RAM cleaner app will kill all third party apps from running. To make our App Lock work properly in Huawei mobile, you need to go to Settings -> Protected Apps and turn on our App Lock in the list. Else, our App Lock may not work after clearing RAM.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REDMI USERS : Go to Security -> Permissions -> AutoStart and turn on our App Lock and Security center -> battery -> battery profiles -> your profile then set clean memory option to never. Else, our App Lock may not work
