Was able to install no problem, but as soon as I changed the network it doesn't connect and doesn't turn on or off or sd card doesn't work. It was so good on the initial network. Never should have changed it because now it doesn't show up in networks.

I have tried numerous times to get this camera to connect to the internet, however it always stays connected without internet. I have tried to connect several ways, as it has instructed me, but to no avail. It feels like I wasted my money on a camera that won't connect.

another app that doesnt work. geez so many bad reviews too. it doesnt find my camera and says to log in via an iud. i tried the user name and password on the camera but said invalid. wud be good if all that was explained

Spent all afternoon trying to connect this to WiFi. Complete and utter waste of money. Would not recommend. Instructions misleading and not step by step for.at leaving room for hguesswork and error. Would not recommend

Can't connect cameras. Need better instructions. Have yet to connect , have had cameras for a month now. Can't tell if it's the cameras or the app because instructions with cameras are vague too.

The instructions to add cameras are a bit confusing. Now that the app has been fixed...(Thanks developer) for not giving up and coming thru... I am enjoying my 4 cameras again. i undarstand the frustration of people who wrote the other reviews...it takes a lot of guessing and trial and error to get cameras added to app. So, developer, please re- evaluate the instructions so they are more user friendly. Just as you fixed the app and did not let me down...you can improve the instructions. Thanks
