Great app! It helps you focus on what's really matter, in a very simple user interface. It will be nice to be able to add tasks for tomorrow from the evening of the current day, and not just in the morning.

Very good! Over the years I've used various to do apps with all sorts of lists, subtasks, bells and whistles. I decided to give this a whirl and it has been amazing! It's not overwhelming like other to do apps and leaves me with a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day, rather than a feeling of needing to do more. The one thing I wish I could change is the frequency of reminders throughout the day. I'd like less / none. Edit: Turning off notifications entirely through app settings worked.

As the name itself suggests PRIORITY. That's all that matters and that's all this app covers. Best productivity apps I ever used. Keep up the good work. Thank you for making this app free from ads.

This is the second app on my device which I like the most . Sorry, but the first place is occupied by Mindful Goals . Priorities has minimilstic design and believe me it's very effective . This is helping me to take small steps. I can now focus on what matters the most. I like this new logo of Priorities.

Amazing app. The only feature I would like to see is the ability to organize the backlog. It would be great to have the ability to sort backlogged tasks by deadline and by subject. Right now I have to jump back and forth between google tasks and this one.

About this app

"Priorities" is the most effective to-do app you'll ever need. This method is used by famous investors and business people. If they can get by their schedule with this simple method for getting things done, we should be able to do it as well.

See, the productivity novices over-organize their tasks. They label everything, categorize everything, color code everything, mark items as favorites, bookmark, create well-structured folders, keep everything neat and tidy in multiple lists. The result? They never look at those tasks again.

"Priorities" changes that. Every day, you mindfully choose to focus on 3 to 5 most impactful tasks that will help you reach your goals. Then execute like crazy and actually do them.

Repeat this for long enough, you'll become as effective as one can be, and be happy that you didn't procrastinate by organizing tasks.

"Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away".
