It's as awful as everyone says, you put in your parcel number and it can't find it. The one function of the app and it doesn't work. Guess I'll just wait and wonder as to when my parcel will arrive.

Absolutely disapointed in this app and in yhis company. I type in the purcel number and it tell me that can not find my parcel. But on web site i can track my parcel. DPD not the same anymore. Disapointed!

Can't find parcel. Iv had 3 different orders on 3 different vans. Dpd needs some organisation. It's appalling!!! Having to wait til 6.20 -7.20 because they have no sense!🤬

Why not take note of others views. Absolute rubbish. Enter tracking number and. What can't find this no it was only sent to me yesterday. Waste of time
