Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Gradebook on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

About this app

Η εφαρμογή περιλαμβάνει τα εξής:
1. Την καρτέλα μαθητές, όπου καταχωρούνται όλοι οι μαθητές. Όταν κάποιος μαθητής καθίσταται ανενεργός μπαίνει στο αρχείο. Αυτό γίνεται με παρατεταμένο κλικ πάνω σε οποιονδήποτε μαθητή της λίστας.
2. Την καρτέλα τμήματα, όπου καταχωρούνται τα τμήματα κάθε χρονιάς και στη συνέχεια σε κάθε τμήμα οι μαθητές του. Με παρατεταμένο κλικ πάνω σε οποιοδήποτε τμήμα, το τοποθετούμε στο αρχείο. Με απλό κλικ πάνω σε οποιοδήποτε μαθητή τμήματος βλέπουμε τις βαθμολογίες του.
3. Την καρτέλα βαθμολογίες, όπου καταχωρούνται το είδος της της βαθμολογίας, η ημερομηνία, κλπ.

Στις λίστες μαθητών, τμημάτων και βαθμολογιών με σύρσιμο προς τα δεξιά κάνουμε διαγραφή, ενώ με σύρσιμο προς τα αριστερά επεξεργασία.
Για να κρατήσετε αντίγραφο της βάσης δεδομένων στην αρχική οθόνη πατάτε τις 3 τελείες πάνω δεξιά και επιλέγετε backup.
Για επαναφορά της βάσης επαναλαμβάνουμε τη διαδικασία επιλέγοντας restore και από τη λίστα επιλέγουμε το αρχείο bathmologiopro.db

Τώρα μπορείτε να εισάγετε μαθητές από αρχείο excel κάνοντας τα εξής βήματα:
1. Κατεβάζετε ένα πρότυπο από εδώ: https://1drv.ms/x/s!Agzc1-2MTdgoge9TKb0TgI8llYu3pw
2. Συμπληρώνετε το επίθετο , το όνομα και το φύλο του μαθητή. Δεν είναι απαραίτητο να συμπληρώσετε τα υπόλοιπα. Τα πεδία photo και archived μην τα συμπληρώνετε.
3. Μεταφέρετε το αρχείο στο κινητό σας.
4. Στην λίστα μαθητών επιλέξτε εισαγωγή πολλών μαθητών από αρχείο excel.
5. Τελειώσατε.
