Poorly conceived app design. Keeps logging off all the time. It should ideally be as convenient as the remote control else what is the point? Looks like Carrier has taken a Chinese while label app and applied its brand name on it. I was very disappointed with the app. ALSO NOTE THE APP HAS ONLY A FREE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS. VERY BAD!!

We need Google Home integration... I'm thinking to switch the AC brand, I have the whole house connected but the AC, sad... (Re)-edit: they added Google home support ~ I was able to find the carrier app in Google home so I liked the accounts, works fine

Poorly designed, connects alright, but when you have multiple devices, you cannot see the status of the devices unless you enter each device separately, would have been nice if there was an on/off button in front of each device on the main screen.

Needs strong WiFi. With last release seems more dependable. The dashboard should give more information than just a list of my 6 mini splits. Like current state, temp and humidity would be nice. Wish schedule worked based on humidity triggers not just time of day. Wish it could email alerts. Wish it could work with ITTT. On the plus side I was able to diagnose a freon leak using the "check" function. But it should run check on it's own everyday and then email me if something falls. Samsung S9+

extremely poorly designed app! took over 2hours to get Samsung S9+ to work with app. Had to delete and reinstall and recreate account multiple times and eventually it worked. not user friendly. Cannot change name of my AC, had to just select living room option. Extremely embarrassing as I am a Carrier employee and even had our Factory rep struggle with me to setup! Carrier Wifi video instructions differ from actual setup. Please fix your App! Useless Useless Useless! Buggy with Andriod.

After the most recent May 26th update, you cannot log in if your account email has a plus sign in it (which is completely valid, and used to work just fine), otherwise the app is alright, but uh... please fix this so I don't have to downgrade it every time it randomly logs me out.
