Only been using a few months so maybe I'm just missing something. Have a couple of issues. One is the sleep tracking. I do night shifts and sleep during the day, can find no way to track my sleep past 8 am. Plus transferring sleep data to app is very hit and miss. Why is the temp reading a bar chart and not a line like the the rest of the reading? Cannot see anywhere to change it. If you take more than one reading per day the charts only show the last reading, should be able to average

This app makes a nice watch unusuable. The app is keep on losing BT connection to the watch. Also what other users found out, the notification update DOES NOT WORK at all. App crashes every time, you try to add or change notifications, twitter for example. The worst part is: if you make a call from the phone, that is you are dialing from the contacts or typing the number into the dialer, the connection goes via watch! That is, you have to talk into the watch!

In the Samsung device, after the last update, there is a connection problem and an error when designing the desired watch face, but in general, the software has a simple user interface and desirable performance. We are waiting for new updates and troubleshooting. Thanks 🙏⚘

Great for everything it does, keeps bluetooth, notifications etc, call via watch could be clearer, but just pick up mobile fine only negative is the tracking activity, doesnt keep map, time, pace, cals burnt etc if the fone is locked or app placed in background i have all the permissions set to work in background but doesnt do it.

I can understand why there are so many negative reviews. There should be a step by step explanation for setting up the app with your watch. It works fine for me but it took a lot of trial and error. Don't forget to take into consideration that each phone is unique and it might take more steps than usual compared to others.

Not connected to my phone, Dont get any notifications. Bluetooth drops. i can't use the app as it's not connecting to my phone, i have search device like a 100Times and still nothing. Also reinstalled numerous times. This is disappointing, as now i have a smart watch and app - but it's really not SMART!
