So far, OK. I'm just getting started with this app. It was easy to set up, the user interface is clear. A few issues: - The videos often have trouble playing. About half the time, a video will get stuck on the spinner. I have to navigate back (exit the lesson) and then forward to the video again and then it plays. - Dates always show up as "invalid date" - Text is often cut off so I can't read the entire set of instructions or discussion.

Never received the setup e-mail. And yes, I checked the spam folder, used multiple devices, and have been enrolled in the program. - 9/7/2020 Update - 9/21/2020 Still can't figure out my issue. If y'all cant send a simple email, what makes you think I want you helping me with my mental health? Skip asking for help and just stay quiet about your problems.

Tried to "get started" but the app indicated it didn't recognize my email
address?? How could it when I was just getting started? Too bad, it seemed
like a very promising, useful way to manage depression.
