Finally, new update allowing view from pc is what I've been waiting for! Although, I'm only able to view half the cameras, maybe compatibility issue. The cameras are pretty good considering price. They lose connection often. But picture & video quality, as well as motion detection, seem to work ok. The night vision does have some issues with the auto setting. But they're easy to operate, & so is the app.

I've had no problems. I use these in my gan so I have to reset them a lot due to turning them on fast. However starting last night, they disconnect when I haven't even turned them off then on yet. And after an hour of getting them reconnected again, it started disconnecting itself all over again. I haven't been able to reconnect since...and I like the smart bulbs. They have a lot of colors.

I love these cameras and FINALLY I can view them on my PC. There is an issue, as expected I'm sure. When I hold the phone to the PC screen to read the code, it says unable to connect please check wifi. Then I sign in and only one camera can be viewed. The others say "not support WebRTC". I gave 5 stars cause I'm absolutey certain you will get the issue fixed.

Terrible update. I had sound detection alerts activated on my camera at the time of the update, and now can't turn them off?! So I receive an alert notification every time sound is detected, all day long. Also, motion detection not picking up anymore, and when it does, the timestamps on the video are completely different from that of the notification. Ruins the functionality, hopefully I can return the device. Absolute garbage.

Before the last update, it was okay, not the best. But now that it made me update its working horribly. It zooms in too fast and then I have to fight it to zoom back out. I also have to completely close out every time I open the app or else the next time I open it the screen freezes. Im just trying to make sure my child is okay and it's almost easier just to go to her room

New 2.0 update is amazing ... fixed almost all of my issues over night. Please keep improving. This was a welcome gift .. I can finally recommend this service to others. Edit 3-7-2021 .. Love the web view option , I'm stoked . But what happened with the sound detection option with one of the older model white cameras ? .. worked fine beforehand. Also the new selectable motion area isn't available on my newer cameras. . no updates available at the time of this writing. Cloud storage 🥇
