Amazing product. Able to manage you network devices from the phone app. Able to filter websites from the App. Able to get email and App pushes if AP goes down. The downside is no VPN setup. So if ya need to do it over a VPN tunnel, have to look at the higher priced stuff.

Whether it be the web interface or the Android app, very unreliable. Often the interface hangs or crashes. This is the third and last customer we'll be using this solution in. Needs a lot of work.

Incredibly slow loading. Yet, on my pc works fine. Live usage and usage graphs stop working after about 2 minutes. Not what I would expect from Cisco. Will update if issues are resolved.

Good concept, but need more features and power to be competative IMHO. Firewall max throughput is 250mbps, that's poor even for home users. No WiFi 6, WPA3, link aggregation, MSP/ multi tenant options for admins, VPN, web interface for configuration. Meraki Go has existed for more than two years now, time to add features and better hardware to stay competative.

easy set up, near plug and play. it lost its way during the boot and update process. had to cycle power once to get back on track

Outstanding extremely simple setup Make sure you only use one email per office / house. You can not add a firewall for example from another email. This is for MSPs. Best to use client email and make yourself a 2nd admin. You can do light wifi shaping. Mesh is very good. No license required but you don't have lifetime warranty either. Support is awesome . Hard to get . Warning lights are different than Standard Meraki .. works seamless with reg Meraki.
