If movie is downloading and suddenly due to bad network it pause, why it's not continue from it's downloading from where it's paused, why from beginning??? Pls fix it

While the file is downloading there should be a option after clicking on the cancel button whether to do so or not, like by mistake if the cancel button is clicked the whole file has to be downloaded again so plz add this option after the cancel button in next update
