Can't even log in! My username and password are correct as I can log in via the website but the app just says to 'check my credentials'. Completely useless.

The app won't allow me to sign in, keeps telling me I have invalid credentials but I can go online and sign in using the exact same details... Not great when you're told to download the app for tickets... Going to uninstall the app.

Absolutely useless. I have an account on the website, but I can't log onto the app. It just keeps telling me that my username/password is not recognised, but I have no problems logging into the website.

It will not let me log in to my account. You would have better luck with doing it on the website than installing this app and wasting storage. It is not worth a download and until it's fixed no one else should

Growtix has no protection against scams/fraud and they will steal your money. Purchased a ticket through Growtix and 5 months later they cancelled the event and issued no refunds. Growtix told me it wasn't their problem.
