The very concept of considering this a better alternative for "traditional client service" is laughable. The process of having to file a connectivity complaint only to validate ONLINE is moronic beyond belief. Quite frankly, if you suck at innovating you might as wel stick with what you have. Cool app but why wasting our time writing and describing the internet problem when the technicians don't even bother reading it and just ask for the reason of your call so you have to explain it again and they act surprised, it's weird...
