I have changed and updated my review to ONE star. I would mark it ZERO stars if I could. Developer support is NON-EXISTENT. I emailed them some time ago, and yet no reply. I even reached out to someone at Med El directly. THIS APP DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY WITH ANDROID 11. My Note20 Ultra updated from Android 10 [where it was working fine] to 11, now only phone calls work seem to connect. It has lost the ability to stream any other audio to my implant.

Constant requirement to login, cannot save a login. Requires active data plan(though wifi is fine) to stream from a phone(since you have to login). Currently cannot stream with an up to date pixel 3 Xl. Test sound works but will not stream from apps. Worked a few months ago.

This worked up to a month ago when after an Android 11 security update it gets very quickly disconnected immediately after connecting. It was already bad that for now real reason it requires a login that you cannot save, but now it's fully non functional!

Login isn't working, I'm taken to a page where I'm told the login service is down.

It works under normal circumstances. But, why do I need to login to this app in order to use my AudioLink for streaming? I understand the potential for metrics tracking, or to make sure I own a device (though why that would be a concern I have no idea), but how does this help me as a cochlear implant user? It means I can't stream audio unless I'm online. Power out? No streaming. Camping? No streaming. There's no practical reason for this limitation that I can see?

The problem with this app, every time I'm always listening to the music on YouTube, it always sign me out and I have to log it in repeatedly, which is frustrating and annoying.
