Using BlueStacks

It used to work perfectly fine until a few weeks ago. It just stopped working as it will not let me log in, and just says "Check network connection" It works perfectly fine on an iphone so i assume its only the android version that's not working. Also sent an email to their support team weeks ago and still have not heard anything back.

When you click HD on samsung phone it's very slow does not play real time.
